Clear Charge Claims

1. Introduction

By signing this agreement, you ("the Client") authorise ClearCharge Claims to act on your behalf in reviewing and pursuing a potential energy claim related to hidden broker fees.

2. Our Role

ClearCharge Claims will:

• Review your energy contract and bills

• Identify possible overcharges or hidden broker commissions

• Submit claims or information requests to suppliers where appropriate

• Keep you updated on progress

• Operate on a “No Win, No Fee” basis (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
   

3. What You Agree To Provide

To allow us to act on your behalf, you agree to provide:

• A copy of your business energy contract

• A recent energy bill

• A signed Letter of Authority (LOA)

• Proof of identification (e.g., director ID or proof of authority)
   

4. Use of Your Data

By signing this agreement, you consent to us:

• Collecting and storing your business and personal information

• Using your documents to assess and manage your claim

• Sharing your data only when necessary (e.g., with suppliers or regulators)
  We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and follow all UK GDPR rules.
   

5. Confidentiality

All data and documents you provide will be treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

6. Fees

If your claim is successful, ClearCharge Claims will charge a fee of 45% (plus VAT) of the recovered amount. If no claim is successful, you owe us nothing.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel our service at any time in writing unless a recovery has already been made.

8. Declaration

I confirm that:

• I am authorised to act on behalf of the business named below

• I agree to the terms outlined above

• I give consent for ClearCharge Claims to act on our behalf in connection with the claim
