Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Purpose
To ensure ClearCharge Claims is not used to facilitate money laundering or criminal activity.


Client Due Diligence
- All clients must provide valid identification, such as proof of directorship or authority.
- We assess the legitimacy of business relationships before proceeding.


Suspicious Activity Reporting
- Any suspicious activity will be reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA) in line with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.


Cash Payments
- We do not accept large cash payments under any circumstances.


Staff Responsibility
- All staff are trained to recognise and report potential signs of money laundering.
